Half day workshop

Service Description

This half day workshop is ideal for grandparents to learn the principles and benefits of baby massage. You'll leave with an understanding of key infant massage techniques and ways these can be incorporated through games or songs. This course is recommended for grandparents or other extended family members who would like to build connections with their new family member. Participants are invited to bring their baby along with them, or our course instructor can provide demonstration dolls to use as you learn different massage techniques. One or two adults are welcome to attend with each baby, so you are welcome to make it a multigenerational experience with grandparent, parent and baby. Sessions are generally run on Saturday mornings at various locations around Brisbane, however we can accomodate mid week bookings if desired. The course fee covers our 3 hour course and your choice of sesame, almond or apricot kernel massage oil. Get in touch to find out the dates of our upcoming courses.
